Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel is one of Orchard Road's most established wedding venues, right in the heart of the city with Orchard MRT just at its doorstep. The Grand Ballroom is the centrepiece, featuring a stunning 5-metre alabaster marble ceiling over a spacious pillarless floor that seats up to around 500 guests. For smaller celebrations, The Gallery on Level 2 offers a more intimate setting. The Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant is well regarded for its Cantonese cuisine and is a big draw for couples hosting Chinese banquets here.

Within the hotel, the mini garden on Level 4 is a really nice spot for portraits, offering a quiet green setting that feels removed from the Orchard Road buzz just outside. The hotel forecourt and the bridal suite with its Orchard Road views are also popular for getting-ready and portrait shots. The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a short drive away for something more expansive.
Our Experience Shooting Weddings at Marriott Tang Plaza
The Grand Ballroom's alabaster marble ceiling is a real highlight and gives the space a lot of visual character. The Level 4 garden is one of our favourite spots in the hotel for portraits as it's a calm, green pocket in the middle of a very central location. The bridal suite overlooking Orchard Road is also a nice space for morning preparations. A well-run venue that handles large banquets smoothly.
