The Barracks Hotel Sentosa is a beautifully restored colonial building on Sentosa Island, dating back to 1904. Originally British artillery barracks, the property has been thoughtfully converted into a boutique hotel and events destination with a real sense of heritage and character. Weddings here make use of the Revelry Hall on the upper floor of the Events Centre, the intimate Breakout Rooms, and the outdoor Barracks Lawn, a generous green space set against the backdrop of the conserved colonial buildings.

The colonial buildings and the outdoor Barracks Lawn are the standout portrait spots here. The heritage architecture gives photos a warm, historic character that's really distinctive, and the lush greenery of the lawn adds a garden feel. The surrounding Sentosa area has additional options including the beachfront nearby for something more open and breezy.
Our Experience Shooting Weddings at The Barracks
The colonial setting is genuinely beautiful and gives photos a real sense of place. The Revelry Hall with its high ceilings, timber beams, and chandeliers is an impressive space for the reception. The Barracks Lawn outside is one of our favourite spots here for portraits and solemnisation settings, with the heritage buildings framing the greenery really nicely. A venue that has a lot of visual character and consistently gives us strong images.
