Shangri-La Singapore along Orange Grove Road is one of the most established and well-loved wedding venues in Singapore. Set on 15 acres of lush tropical grounds, it offers a range of spaces from the grand pillarless Island Ballroom which can host up to 1,000 guests, to the Tower Ballroom, the outdoor Banyan Deck, and the charming colonial Dutch Pavilion. The variety of spaces within the same property is genuinely impressive and suits weddings of all sizes and styles.

Wedding Photo Spots at Shangri-La & Nearby
The hotel grounds have some really lovely portrait spots. The garden within the hotel compound is lush and well-kept and gives us a natural, green setting without leaving the property. There's also a small walk-in orchid dome within walking distance of the pool that makes for a really unique and beautiful portrait spot. The Dutch Pavilion with its colonial character is another favourite within the grounds.
Our Experience Shooting Weddings at Shangri-La
Shangri-La is a venue that consistently delivers. The orchid dome and the hotel gardens are spots we always make use of for couple portraits and they give photos a really lush, distinctive quality. The Island Ballroom is an impressive space for large banquets and the pillarless layout means unobstructed sightlines throughout. It's a well-run venue with an experienced team and the variety of spaces within the compound means we always have something interesting to work with throughout the day.
