The Grand Ballroom on Level 3 features floor-to-ceiling windows and classical-style chandeliers and can accommodate up to 500 guests. For something more intimate, the Panorama Room offers a cosy setting that suits smaller celebrations. It's a reliable, central venue that works well for couples who prioritise convenience and good food.

For portraits, we usually head to Emerald Hill just around the corner, where the Peranakan shophouses and quiet streets give a really lovely heritage feel. The National Design Centre nearby is another option with interesting architectural character. For simpler shots, the ballroom interior itself can work well too.

Voco Orchard is a practical, well-run venue in a great location. The Grand Ballroom is a solid space for larger banquets and the central Orchard Road address means guests can get here easily from anywhere on the island. Emerald Hill just nearby is always our first choice for couple portraits and it consistently gives us warm, characterful images.
