A Wedding Surrounded by Their People
I had photographed Elise and Ben's engagement session on a yacht before, so it was nice seeing familiar faces again. People who are really there for them- helping out, laughing, and just involved in everything from the start.
Elise and Benjamin are very naturally affectionate with each other. It shows in how they talk, how close they are throughout the day, and how steady that care is between them through the hectic and quiet moments.
The solemnisation at JW Marriott Singapore was quite moving to witness. There was a quiet weight to the room, and I found myself just staying present and watching everything unfold between them and their families.
Lunch continued with everyone gathered closely around them, just having fun and enjoying the time with the couple.
Looking back, it was one of those weddings where everything felt easy in the best way. People showed up for them, stayed in the moment, and the whole day carried that same sense of happiness from start to finish.
