Two Days Filled With Joy
Michele and Lucas' wedding celebrations took place over two days, giving everyone plenty of opportunities to come together and celebrate with them.
The first day began with the bridal pickup before we headed out for a short portrait session with the couple and bridal party. Afterwards, everyone gathered at Barker Road Methodist Church, where the congregation worship during the ceremony was particularly moving. It was a meaningful service, with family and friends coming together to witness the start of this new chapter.
The celebrations continued on the second day, beginning with another short photoshoot around PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering with the couple, family members and bridal party. From there, everyone gathered again for the tea ceremony, where there were many joyful tears shared among relatives who had journeyed alongside Michele and Lucas over the years.
As the day went on, the atmosphere became increasingly lively with speeches from loved ones, fun games, and plenty of laughter throughout the evening. It was easy to see how much support and happiness surrounded the couple, and how many people had come together to celebrate with them.

Looking back at Michele and Lucas' wedding, what I remember most is how much joy was shared across both days. From the touching moments during worship and the tea ceremony to the laughter and games later in the celebrations, it was a privilege to document these memories and all the people who made the occasion so special.
