The Summerhouse at The Oval in Seletar Aerospace Park is a restored colonial black and white bungalow set amid lush greenery, and it's one of the most charming wedding venues in Singapore. The property has a distinct English countryside feel to it, with a dining room, open veranda, courtyard, and garden gazebo that all offer different settings for the ceremony and reception. It's a venue that attracts couples who want something relaxed, garden-inspired, and a little removed from the city.

The venue grounds themselves are beautiful to work with. The colonial bungalow facade, the courtyard, the garden gazebo, and the surrounding greenery all give us a really lovely variety within the property. The Seletar Aerospace Park nearby has interesting heritage bungalows, quiet roads, and a scenic boardwalk where you can catch views of planes at the airport, which makes for some fun and unique shots.
Our Experience Shooting Weddings at Summerhouse
The Summerhouse is a joy to shoot at. The natural light during the day is generous and the lush surroundings give photos a really lush, garden quality throughout. The colonial bungalow character adds a lot of visual interest and we always find plenty to work with without leaving the grounds. Weddings here tend to be relaxed and personal, which makes for really warm, genuine moments throughout the day.
