Red House Seafood at Grand Copthorne Waterfront is one of Singapore's most established seafood restaurants, with a history going back to 1976. The restaurant is on level 2 of the hotel along Havelock Road and can host weddings of up to around 140 guests, making it a good fit for couples who want an intimate celebration centred around really good food. The Nanyang-style seafood here is genuinely a highlight and guests consistently rave about it. It's a relaxed, warm venue that feels more personal than a grand hotel ballroom.

The restaurant has big windows that let in generous natural light, which works really nicely for portraits inside the space. The white pavilion outside on the Grand Copthorne grounds is just nearby and is a clean, elegant spot for couple portraits. The Singapore River outside the hotel is also pleasant for something more atmospheric.

The natural light inside Red House is one of its best features from a photography standpoint. The big windows give the space a bright, airy quality that photographs really well, especially during lunch receptions. The white pavilion outside is always a spot we make use of for couple portraits. It's a venue where the food is genuinely the star of the show and the relaxed atmosphere makes for warm, candid moments throughout the meal.
