St James' Church is an Anglican church along Leedon Road in the Bukit Timah area, tucked in a quiet, leafy part of Singapore near Holland Road. It's a modest, sincere space for a meaningful church wedding, and the surrounding neighbourhood gives it a really peaceful, unhurried character that suits the occasion well.

The surrounding Leedon Road area is really lovely for portraits, with tree-lined roads and quiet residential streets that give a relaxed, natural feel. The Singapore Botanic Gardens is just a short drive away and always one of our top portrait locations. Dempsey Hill is also nearby for something more casual with a garden feel.
Our Experience Shooting Weddings at St James Church
The church has a simple, clean interior that photographs well for ceremony shots. The surrounding neighbourhood is one of the nicer areas to shoot portraits in, with plenty of greenery and quiet roads that give us a calm, natural backdrop. Pairing the church with the Botanic Gardens or Dempsey Hill nearby usually gives us a really well-rounded set of images for the day.
